This class utilises the National WG (womens gymnastics) & MG (mens gymnastics) levels program and provides those aged 8 years and above an experience of gymnastics in an environment that is suitable for their age group. Like a Recreational class, gymnasts are given an opportunity to improve their fitness, strength and flexibility in a fun and friendly environment.
