Gymnastics Fees
All term fees will be invoiced by the Warrnambool City Council, as the program provider. Term payments can be made via eft/BPay through your online banking or in person at the Civic Centre or the Post Office. No money will be accepted at the Warrnambool Gymnastic Centre for class payments.
Since the beginning of the COVID Pandemic, Warrnambool City Council have invoice for the sessions attended only based on a flat hourly rate. If participants are sick or have flu like symptoms, they are not to attend. Invoices are sent out twice a term being the first half of the term and then again for the second half. All fees are to be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice. This system enables flexibility and fairness when dealing with illness and government restrictions.
Any gymnasts ceasing training during the term must notify the Gymnastic Coordinator in writing. If applicable a refund will be processed from the date the notification is receive not from the last class attended.
